The story

When she was young, Elisabeth Swann who is the governor's daughter found a gold locket. This object belonged to a pirate. She met a child. He was the pirate's son. He was called Will Turner. They became very close friends.
Several years latter: For captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) the Caribbean island is great universe of mystery and adventure. But his idyllic life changed when his worst enemy, captain Barbosa (Geoffrey Rush) stole his boat, the Black Pearl. Then he attacked the town, Royal Port. He kidnapped the governor's daughter. Elisabeth Swann's friend, Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) became allied with Jack to run after Barbosa.
They wanted to save Elisabeth and get the Black Pearl back.
But Will and Jack didn't know a curse had fallen down on Barbosa and his crew... While the moon was shining they were transformed into living-dead... and were condemned to live for the eternity between life and death! Their situation would stop only the day when the faboulous treasure would return ...

My choice

My favourite American film is "Pirates of the Caribbean". I've chosen this film because the story is original, gripping and interesting. The idea of pirates is original. The special effects are well done. In this film, Johnny Depp acted very good. I advise you to see this film!
